Do I need to take Vitamin D all year round?

For some people, yes, particularly if you’re starting from low Vitamin D levels, have darker skin (which increases requirements), or have limited sun exposure throughout the year. As a minimum, in the UK, Vitamin D supplementation is recommended from October to March, when sunlight isn’t strong enough for the skin to produce adequate amounts. Since it’s also difficult to obtain sufficient Vitamin D from food alone, many people benefit from ongoing support beyond the winter months.

When is the best time to take multivitamins?

Our Food-Grown® capsules can be taken morning or night, depending on what suits your routine best.

Which nutrients or ingredients support health in perimenopause?

B vitamins, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Omega 3, Zinc, Selenium and Iodine all play key roles in supporting sleep, mood, cognition, energy and hormonal balance at this pivotal time. A number of botanicals like Saffron and Ashwagandha can also offer relief for perimenopausal symptoms.

How long should I take Fertility Support before trying to conceive?
