What is Food-Grown?
Our Food-Grown® method is an organic way of producing supplements - and it’s at the root of nearly every product we create. It’s a process that respects the integrity of our raw materials - and it’s light years away from how synthetic supplements are made.
Are your products Vegan?
Not every product in our range is Vegan, but we have a range of Vegan supplements.
Are your products Gluten free?
None of our products contain gluten, wheat or dairy. So they are suitable for those with intolerances such as lactose intolerance, or those suffering from Coeliac disease.
Are your products free from nuts?
None of our products contain nuts, at any stage of manufacturing. Therefore we are confident to say that the products are nut free, but we cannot legally state ‘free from nuts’.
Are your products organic?
All of our nutrients are organically grown, which means they are free from pesticides or herbicides and heavy metals.
What are your capsules made from?
They are made from 100% vegetable cellulose.
Do you offer refills instead of glass jars?
Yes, we currently offer Refill Pouches for many of our products. Our Refill Pouches are fully biodegradable and certified Plastic Free.

We do not test on animals nor do we have anyone do this on our behalf.
Nutrionist Appointments
How do I speak to a Nutritionist?
You are able to book a video or phone call with one of our qualified nutritional therapists using our calendar. You can book a 20- or 40-minute appointment here.
How much do appointments cost?
We’ve put our in-person clinic appointments on hold for now, but our nutritionist experts are now delighted to offer Nutritionist consultations by phone or video. It's the same expert advice and personal approach, but without the need to visit our clinics.
The introductory offer for an online Nutritionist consultation is £25 for 20 minutes or £50 for 40 minutes.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment if I need to?
Yes, absolutely – just select ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel’ on the bottom of your appointment invite. Please note you will only be able to make changes 24 hours before your appointment.
Who are your Nutritionists?
Our lovely team of Nutritionists are all qualified and registered to give nutrition advice. They have in-depth knowledge of our supplements and train other practitioners and doctors around the world. So you’re in very safe hands.
Subscriptions
Can I make changes to my subscription?
When you subscribe we will send your supplements to you every 30, 60 or 90 days - depending on the delivery schedule you opt for.
You can easily modify, skip or cancel your delivery in your account. Any changes need to be confirmed in your account at least 2 business days prior to your next scheduled delivery. Just so that we can cancel the order before it is dispatched to you.
Can I skip a month of my supplements?
Yes you can and it is easy to make a change. Go to Account > Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule
There you will be able to skip or edit a future delivery. If you have any challenges please reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
Can I swap the product I have on subscription?
Yes you can make changes to your subscription at any point. Simply log into your account to swap products, skip orders and even change the delivery schedule.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
When you subscribe you have the benefit of receiving our natural Food-Grown supplements every 30, 60 or 90 days.
As a subscriber you also receive 10% off every order and can modify, skip or cancel your order at any time. We also offer extra perks and discounts to subscribers including 30% off your first appointment with one of our Nutritionists.
Do I have to give notice to cancel my subscription?
If you decide cancel your subscription please ensure you give us 2 business days notice before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time for you.

Do you have a rewards program
Yes. Wild Rewards is our way to say thank you for your support of Wild Nutrition. You can join Wild rewards by visiting our rewards page.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned by taking actions such as creating an account, making a purchase, following us on social media or referring a friend.
You must have an account and be logged in to earn points.
What are the tiers in your loyalty progam?
We have 3 tiers in our Wild rewards in our loyalty program.
Member: this is the first entry level tier
Insider: this is our next tier up and provides more points for certain actions.
E.I.P (Extremely Important Person): this is our top tier and provides the most amount of points per action. We also will be releasing new products to E.I.Ps before they are seen by anyone else.
Klarna
Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of smooth payments to more than 200,000 online stores. Over 85 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.
Why choose Klarna?
For UK customers you can split the cost into 3 interest free instalments. That’s one part-payment at purchase, and two further payments at 30 and 60 days.
Who can use Klarna?
Klarna is only available to UK customers right now. But we plan to roll out to other countries in the future.
Does Klarna impact my credit score?
Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna.
Neither Klarna nor Wild Nutrition run credit searches that could impact your credit rating.
This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

You must be 18 or over, have a residential address and a bank account
