Are you shipping to EU countries?
There are a lot of unanswered questions at the moment around shipping to the EU. Currently we are unable to ship to EU countries but we are working hard to get orders out again as soon as possible. If you have any questions about this please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can.
All UK orders for standard delivery placed before 12pm GMT (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be sent out the following business day.
If you have selected our next day delivery option and ordered prior to 3pm (Monday-Friday) then your order will be delivered on the next business day.
For all orders you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. Please contact our team via email should you have any questions about delivery- email@example.com
