A note from our Founder & Formulator

Why take our Food-Grown Magnesium

Magnesium is a wonderfully versatile mineral and is required for more than 300 biochemical processes within the body, capable of providing stable energy throughout the day as well as helping us unwind in the evening before bed. As a calming nutrient, it’s one of my favourite minerals for supporting mental wellbeing and has the incredible ability to balance the nervous system whilst also supporting energy production.

"I literally swear by this stuff. The Food-Grown Magnesium gave me a week of uninterrupted sleep during the Football World Cup in Brazil and that’s saying something!"

Lee Dixon - Arsenal & England legend
