16. Can I take Shatavari with Ashwagandha?
Yes you can take both. However, we recommend trialling our adaptogens one at a time as each offers a therapeutic dose. So, if you’re new to either, start with one for a week or two before adding in the second. If you'd like to take both, our recommendation is 1 capsule of the KSM-66® Ashwagandha (or 2-3 of the KSM-66 Ashwagandha gummies) and 1 capsule of the SRI-81™ Shatavari each day. If you have any questions about this, our expert team of nutritional therapists can advise.
