Carrot Zinger Juice
The zing of the orange will boost energy and provide the antioxidant vitamin C. Carrots are excellent sources of minerals and encourage liver cleansing. Ginger will boost nutrient delivery in the blood. Sesame is rich in iron, crucial for energy. The combination will give your immune system a nutrient boost.
- Juice the carrots, apple, ginger and orange in a juicer.
- Whizz in a blender with the sesame seeds and serve.
- 3 carrots, tops and bottoms removed
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cm of fresh ginger (or more or less depending on how much of a kick you want to give it)
