The perfect indulgent but nutritious snack to enjoy as a treat for that extra burst of energy.

  1. Blend the medjool dates in a food processor until you have a paste
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined
  3. Roll into individual balls and chill in the fridge until firm
  4. Roll in extra cacao powder for that extra indulgence

    • 3 tbsp cacao powder (plus extra for rolling)
    • 16 pitted medjool dates
    • 100g hazelnuts
    • 2.5 tbsp almond butter
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 120g chopped dried cranberries
