Superfood Truffles
The perfect indulgent but nutritious snack to enjoy as a treat for that extra burst of energy.
- Blend the medjool dates in a food processor until you have a paste
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined
- Roll into individual balls and chill in the fridge until firm
- Roll in extra cacao powder for that extra indulgence

- 3 tbsp Organic Protein + Superfood Blend
- 3 tbsp cacao powder (plus extra for rolling)
- 16 pitted medjool dates
- 100g hazelnuts
- 2.5 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 120g chopped dried cranberries
