This depends on what you're taking and what your digestive health goal is. Generally speaking, digestive health supplements support the digestive system by promoting a healthy balance of gut bacteria, improving nutrient absorption and reducing digestive discomfort.

Are digestive health supplements safe for daily use?

How long before I notice results?

Anything that's on your mind. You might want to talk through your subscription, symptoms, life stage or health goals. This is also the perfect time to discuss supplement options, understand how we develop our unique formulas or get more information on ingredients. Or, you might simply want to check for compatibility with hormones or medications. Whatever your question, this is a safe space, and we’re here to help.

I've made a booking, what happens next?

Your order confirmation email will share the date, time, type of appointment you booked (Google Meet video or phone call) and the name of your nutritional therapist. If you chose a Google Meet, please join the call using the link provided in your confirmation email just before your allocated slot time. If you can’t get into your session, don’t worry, we'll phone you as a backup. If you choose the phone, your nutritional therapist will call you directly.

What happens if I need to rescheudule?
