Protein Poppy Seed Bites
Bursting with berry flavour, this easy protein bake delivers a satisfying balance of taste and nutrition in every bite. Perfect for breakfast or post-workout.
Ingredients:
- 400g quark (or Greek yogurt/skyr)
- 150g raspberries
- 100g ground poppy seeds or walnuts
- 50g maple syrup
- 30ml almond milk
- 25g Wild Nutrition Protein Powder
- 10g cornstarch or vanilla pudding powder
- Vanilla extract (to taste)
- 2 eggs

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, mix the poppy seeds, half of the maple syrup, almond milk, protein powder, egg yolks, and 150 g of the quark.3. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and gently fold them into the mixture.4. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining quark with the cornstarch, vanilla, and the remaining maple syrup.5. Layer half of the walnut batter into a baking dish or mold, then add the creamy quark layer, and finish with the remaining batter.6. Top with the raspberries and gently press them into the mixture.7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until lightly golden.
