Nutty Granola
Granola is an excellent way to put together a healthy breakfast for yourself and your kids in minutes. It provides all the fibre and healthy fat you need for the day. Make it in batch to always grab from your pantry.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Lay the mixture out on a baking tray and toast for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Top it with natural yoghurt and some fresh fruit.

- 300g rolled oats
- 80 grams of pecan nuts
- 80g walnuts
- 40g dried cranberries
- 40g sunflower seeds
- 40g coconut flakes
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50g of melted coconut oil
