Collagen Cookie Dough Balls
Indulge in these easy no-bake collagen cookie dough balls coated in dark chocolate. A delicious, protein-packed snack perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients:
- 75g oats
- 1 tsp (3g) of Collagen 500 Plus
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy is up to you)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Splash of milk
For rolling:
- Coconut sugar
- 50g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Optional: dust with cocoa powder

Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
- Roll the mixture into 8 balls (or 6 slightly larger ones)
- Cover each ball in coconut sugar
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and dip each ball into the mixture
- Refrigerate until the chocolate has set
- Optional: dust with cocoa powder
- Enjoy!
Tip: If your mixture is too loose at step 1, add more oats. If it's too dry, add another splash of milk.
