Banana & Collagen Pancakes
Nourishing and packed with wholesome ingredients, our pancakes are perfect for a balanced breakfast, loved by all.
Ingredients:
• 100g buckwheat flour
• 1 tsp Wild Nutrition collagen powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 ripe banana
• 150ml milk (oat/almond/dairy)
• 1 egg whisked
Method:
- Combine the dry ingredients together in a bowl (flour, collagen powder, baking powder, cinnamon)
- Mash the banana
- Whisk the egg together with the mashed banana
- Mix in your chosen milk
- Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry while whisking.
- On a medium-high heat, ensure your pan is well-oiled/buttered and warmed up. Once warm, begin to pour the mixture into small circles on your pan.
- When your pancake has bubbles across the top and is easy to move, flip your pancake and continue cooking until done.
- If cooking larger batches or on a small pan, lower the heat slightly to avoid pancakes burning as you continue to cook.
- Serve with fruit, cream, honey, chocolate or any other toppings you desire!
