Banana & Collagen Pancakes

Nourishing and packed with wholesome ingredients, our pancakes are perfect for a balanced breakfast, loved by all. 


Ingredients:
• 100g buckwheat flour
• 1 tsp Wild Nutrition collagen powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 ripe banana
• 150ml milk (oat/almond/dairy)
• 1 egg whisked

Method:

  1. Combine the dry ingredients together in a bowl (flour, collagen powder, baking powder, cinnamon)
  2. Mash the banana
  3. Whisk the egg together with the mashed banana
  4. Mix in your chosen milk
  5. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry while whisking. 
  6. On a medium-high heat, ensure your pan is well-oiled/buttered and warmed up. Once warm, begin to pour the mixture into small circles on your pan. 
  7. When your pancake has bubbles across the top and is easy to move, flip your pancake and continue cooking until done.
  8. If cooking larger batches or on a small pan, lower the heat slightly to avoid pancakes burning as you continue to cook.
  9. Serve with fruit, cream, honey, chocolate or any other toppings you desire!
