Do I take this product each day of my cycle?

This product is designed to be taken each day of your cycle, including during a period. It's NOT designed to just be used before your period. Supporting your period and cycle means looking at each day of your cycle.

Can I take this whilst breast-feeding?

Yes, you can take this if your period has returned.

Can I take this if I am trying for a baby?

Yes you can. This formula is useful for women who are looking to conceive to support their hormones and for healthy reproduction (fertility). However we do not recommend this if you are taking prescribed fertility medication. Book a free consultation with our nutritional therapists to discuss your needs at this life stage.

Can I take this whilst undergoing IUI, IVF or FET preparation?

We do not recommend this product if you are undergoing IUI, IVF or FET, however you may take this in advance of starting any medication or procedures. Book a free consultation with our nutritional therapists to discuss your nutritional needs further.

Can I take this supplement during my period?

Yes you can.

Can I take this during the perimenopause?

Yes, this product also combines well with our Botanical Menopause Complex.

Can I take this with a contraceptive?

It depends on which contraceptive you are using, and why. Book a free consultation with our nutritional therapists to discuss your nutritional needs further.

Can my daughter take this?

Yes, if your daughter has started her menstrual cycle she can take this, however if she has had less than six periods in her life so far we recommend speaking to our nutritional therapists for advice.

How long should I take this for?

It can often take three months to regulate a cycle or diminish PMS symptoms, so we recommend taking this for at least three months, however it is also completely safe to take for longer.

Do I need to take this if I already eat oily fish?

The recommendation is to eat at least 2 portions of oily fish per week, anything less and supplementation should be considered to support your nutritional requirements.

Can I take this if I’m pregnant?

Yes, our formula does not include Vitamin A or any toxins, so it is safe to take during pregnancy. We would recommend taking our Pregnancy + New Mother Omega 3 which has been formulated specifically for those life changing four trimesters.

Does this contain PCBSs or any other toxins or heavy metals?

No, our fish oil has been independently tested and certified to be free of any toxic substances. Our certification exceeds the official EU & UK requirements, so you can rest assured that our formula is exceptionally pure.

Can I take this product if I am trying to conceive or undergoing IVF?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to take during preconception (including assisted fertility) and in fact is often recommended by experts for both female and male partners during this time.

Is this a cod liver oil or does it contain oil extracted from the liver of the fish?

No, the Omega 3 source is from sustainable Alaskan Pollock fish and does not contain any oil from the liver of the fish. Our formula does not include Vitamin A and has been independently tested and certified to be free of any toxic substances. Our certification exceeds the official EU & UK requirements, so you can rest assured that our formula is exceptionally pure.
