Morning Smoothie Bowl
When you fancy something light yet nutritious for breakfast, smoothie bowls are a way to go. Add some nuts, seeds and oats to your smoothie to give a nourishing start to your day. Fruits and vegetables contain important fibre needed for good digestion.
- Blend ingredients together.
- Add toppings as desired.
- For the bowl:
- Generous handful of spinach
- Cup of frozen blueberries
- Cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 pear
- 1 small handful of walnuts
- Toppings:
- Bee pollen
- Hempseed
