We love coming up with blends, playing with ingredients until something tastes really good. This is a gorgeous juice combining lots of powerful fruit and veg. A smoothie is a good way to get ginger root into your diet. Ginger is extremely beneficial for health, providing anti-viral and anti-inflammatory support. As with any of our recipes, super foods are completely optional.

  1. Stick everything into the blender and blitz.

Ingredients

  • Kale - a good handful or very roughly 50% of blender
  • Small beetroot
  • Chunk of ginger peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 1 passion fruit
  • Half a lime, rind peeled off or just the juice
  • Optional superfoods - Chia seeds, Wheatgrass powder
  • 600ml water
