Kale, Beets and Exotics Smoothie
We love coming up with blends, playing with ingredients until something tastes really good. This is a gorgeous juice combining lots of powerful fruit and veg. A smoothie is a good way to get ginger root into your diet. Ginger is extremely beneficial for health, providing anti-viral and anti-inflammatory support. As with any of our recipes, super foods are completely optional.
- Stick everything into the blender and blitz.
- Kale - a good handful or very roughly 50% of blender
- Small beetroot
- Chunk of ginger peeled
- 1 banana
- 1 passion fruit
- Half a lime, rind peeled off or just the juice
- Optional superfoods - Chia seeds, Wheatgrass powder
- 600ml water
