  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender (Vitamix if you have one).

  • 1 banana
  • Ruby Chard - 1 handful
  • 1 apple - diced
  • 1 beetroot (small) - we used 2 baby beets from the garden
  • Half a lime (without rind)
  • Splash of apple juice
  • 1 small nugget of fresh garlic (without rind)
