I am healthy and eat well, do I really need to take supplements?
Modern intensive farming has depleted soil nutrients, making even organic produce less nutritious. Why can’t I get all of this in one capsule?
We only use natural Food-GrownⓇ nutrients and botanicals in our formulas and they do take up more space than the synthetic versions. Since we never compromise on quality and effectiveness, it is impossible to fit it all into one capsule. The capsules can be opened, and added to food and smoothies. The Pure Strength Omega 3 comes in small, easy to swallow soft gels, to help maintain freshness and purity.
When should I take my supplements?
Because our supplements are Food GrownⓇ nutrients, you can take them at any time of the day, with or without food.
Is there a Men’s Daily Essentials for those under the age of 45 years old?
Yes, there is.
How different is the Men’s Daily Essentials to the Men’s Daily Essentials 45+?
The Men’s Daily Essentials 45+ contains the Men’s Daily Multinutrient 45 + and not the Men’s Daily Multinutrient, along with the Pure Strength Omega and Food GrownⓇ Vitamin D. The latter two are just the same. The Men’s Daily Multi Nutrient 45+ has been expertly formulated to reflect the change in nutrient demands of men aged 45 plus, who require more energy and support for healthy muscles, testosterone production, immunity and heart health, whereas our Men’s Daily Multi Nutrient has been formulated with the specific nutrient demands of younger men aged 44 and below in mind.
Does this give me my daily dose of Vitamin D?
Yes it does. Our Food-GrownⓇ Vitamin D contains the most biologically ‘active’ form of Vitamin D3 which your body will thank you for.
Do I need to take additional Vitamin D with the Men’s Daily Essentials 45+?
