I expected to have quite bad morning sickness this first trimester but these have genuinely made a difference, alongside a high protein diet!

I have had a great pregnancy, no issues at all. I have also had extremely strong iron levels throughout, so much so my midwife actually commented on how my iron levels have increased. Can’t say it’s for sure from this supplement but it likely is, I don’t eat a particularly iron-rich diet
