She is the author of the best-selling books, ‘Your Pregnancy Nutrition Guide’ and ‘Take Control of Your Endometriosis’. Henrietta has personally formulated every product in the Wild Nutrition range and is our principal expert nutritionist.

Our Head of Nutrition has worked for a decade as a registered naturopathic nutritional therapist, blending functional medicine with an extensive knowledge of botanicals. She is an expert in endocrine and gynaecological nutrition, and is often called upon to speak at women’s support groups, to nutrition professionals and to the wider medical communities. Lorna is very passionate about natural ingredients, having witnessed the transformation that non-synthetic supplements can have on people's wellbeing.

Our Take: After years of research, we discovered an incredible form of organically-certified Ashwagandha from a herb farm in the southern region of India. Medicinal mushrooms
The Essentials: Medicinal Mushrooms are powerful multi-cell organisms, consisting of both common and lesser-known varieties. They have been used throughout Asia for thousands of years for a range of therapeutic purposes: from supporting inflammatory conditions to prolonging life.
Our Take: We ensure full traceability on all our Medicinal Mushrooms, and source directly from the leading mycologists in the UK or from their country of origin. Each form is selected for its specific role in the body: for example, we use mycelised mushrooms to promote the immune system; and whole extracts when a more general, adaptogenic function is needed.
