Superboost smoothie
Start your day right with this delicious antioxidant and fibre-packed smoothie for tasty day-long energy.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup blueberries (can be frozen)
- ½ banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- ¼ avocado
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp oats
Method
1. Combine into a blender and blend all until smooth.
2. Add extra milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
