Fibre-rich overnight oats
These overnight oats are delicious, nutritious, and so simple to prepare. Thanks to all the healthy fats, protein and antioxidants, it’s the perfect breakfast for slow-release energy.
Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup raspberries (can be frozen)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method

Mix all ingredients (except half the raspberries) in a jar or bowl.

Stir well and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Top with the remaining raspberries in the morning.
