What has changed in this formula from our previous Menopause Complex?
We pay close attention to research and your needs so we’ve given our menopause supplement an upgrade. Milk Thistle and Green Tea Powder have recently undergone regulatory changes. Whilst still excellent, safe ingredients, we have made the decision to remove them to ensure long-term compliance. This new formulation now contains the beautiful botanical Dandelion along with Hops, known for supporting relaxation and emotional wellbeing, and Vitamin B6 which supports hormone regulation. We have also switched from a food-bound form of Magnesium to Magnesium sourced from seawater.
Is this a multivitamin?
No. This is a unique complex of botanicals, including a science-backed Hops extract amongst other carefully selected botanicals. It also has two key nutrients, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 to support this pivotal lifestage. It is however not considered a multivitamin, and is best taken with products that provide the additional support needed such as our Women’s 45+ Daily Multi Nutrient and our Peri + Menopause Biotic.
Can I take this whilst undergoing HRT or other types of hormone replacement?
In many cases yes, however please book a free consultation with our Nutritional Therapists for specific advice depending on the type of hormone medication you are currently taking.
Can I take this with your Women’s 45+ Food-Grown Daily Multi Nutrient?
Yes, you can.
Is this suitable to take during the perimenopause?
You can take this during the perimenopause, however we also have the Food-Grown® Perimenopause Complex within our range, which will be more suitable if you are looking for Perimenopause Support.
Is this suitable for Vegans?
Yes, it is.

Do I need to take extra Vitamin D with this?
Yes. We recommend supplementing with extra Vitamin D during autumn and winter, or if you are unwell, staying indoors for extended periods of time, elderly, have dark skin or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What is different from your previous formulation of Women’s 45+ Daily Multi Nutrient?
We pay attention to research and clinical needs. We have increased the amount of natural Calcium in this formula, to support healthy bones and teeth, as well as extra Vitamin D to support your immune system.
Can I take it if pregnant or breastfeeding?
No.We recommend you keep using our Pregnancy + New Mother Support and/or our Breastfeeding Support until you have finished breastfeeding.
What is the difference between this and your Daily Multi Nutrient for Women?
This formula has been expertly formulated to reflect the change in nutrient demands of women aged 45 plus, who require more energy, immune and endocrinological support as they move through the natural hormone fluctuations occuring at this life stage. Our Women’s Food-Grown Daily Multi Nutrient has been formulated with the specific nutrient demands of younger women aged 44 and below.
Can I take this alongside your Botanical Menopause?
Yes you can. This works well with our Menopause Complex to support this pivotal life stage.
I eat well, do I really need to take a multinutrient supplement?
Multi nutrients are particularly important for busy lifestyles, when we have less time to eat a fresh and balanced meal, as well as to ensure intake of important nutrients at times of higher demand. The increase of intensive farming methods across the world has also meant that sadly our soil is gradually decreasing in essential nutrients such as Selenium, meaning that sometimes even the freshest fruit and vegetables may not always contain optimal amounts of vitamins and minerals. Supplementing with a powerful all-round multivitamin can ensure intake of vital nutrients in the diet.
