Can I take this alongside other products in your range containing Magnesium?
Yes, you can. Many people don't get enough Magnesium from their daily diets, and women will often require more during and after menstruation in order to replenish lost levels. If I take this in the day will I feel drowsy?

Can I take this if I am looking to conceive or already pregnant/breastfeeding?
