What has changed in this formula from our previous Menopause Complex?
We pay close attention to research and your needs so we’ve given our menopause supplement an upgrade. Milk Thistle and Green Tea Powder have recently undergone regulatory changes. Whilst still excellent, safe ingredients, we have made the decision to remove them to ensure long-term compliance. This new formulation now contains the beautiful botanical Dandelion along with Hops, known for supporting relaxation and emotional wellbeing, and Vitamin B6 which supports hormone regulation. We have also switched from a food-bound form of Magnesium to Magnesium sourced from seawater.
Is this a multivitamin?
No. This is a unique complex of botanicals, including a science-backed Hops extract amongst other carefully selected botanicals. It also has two key nutrients, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 to support this pivotal lifestage. It is however not considered a multivitamin, and is best taken with products that provide the additional support needed such as our Women’s 45+ Daily Multi Nutrient and our Peri + Menopause Biotic.
Can I take this whilst undergoing HRT or other types of hormone replacement?
In many cases yes, however please book a free consultation with our Nutritional Therapists for specific advice depending on the type of hormone medication you are currently taking.
Can I take this with your Women’s 45+ Food-Grown Daily Multi Nutrient?
Yes, you can.
Is this suitable to take during the perimenopause?
You can take this during the perimenopause, however we also have the Food-Grown® Perimenopause Complex within our range, which will be more suitable if you are looking for Perimenopause Support.
