Ingredients

  • 2 fillets hot smoked salmon or trout
  • 1/3 cup thick Greek yoghurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (fennel, parsley, chives are my favourites)
  • 2 tbsp chopped capers
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
