Green Smoothie Bowl
Smoothies are a great way to incorporate more vegetables and fruits into our daily diets. Smoothies are kids favourites too. Hide those veggies in the mix and they will not know.
- Blend ingredients together.
- Add toppings as desired e.g banana, berries, chia seeds

- 4 large pieces of cucumber
- Handful of spinach
- Small bunch of coriander
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 pear
- Gluten free granola
- Chia seeds
- Pine nuts
- Blueberries
- Physalis
