Ingredients: Lithothamnium Calcareum (Red algae) powder (providing Calcium), Nutrient-enhanced Lactobacillus Bulgaricus (providing Magnesium, Zinc, Pantothenic acid and Copper), Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell), Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Iron, Selenium, Niacin, Manganese, GTF Chromium, Riboflavin, Biotin, Iodine, Vitamin K1, Vitamin B6, Thiamin, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3), Nutrient-enhanced Citrus pulp (providing Vitamin C and Bioflavonoids), Elderberry extract, Carrot concentrate (providing Beta-carotene) and Nutrient-enhanced Yellow Pea (Pisum Sativum) preparation (providing Vitamin E).

How to take

Can I give this to my child below the age of 3?

Yes, infants from weaning age can take one capsule per day (opened and added to cold food or drink).

Can my child take extra Vitamin D with this product?

Yes, if they are under 4 years old they should supplement with extra Vitamin D all year round. Children over the age of 4 should supplement extra Vitamin D during the darker months, or when they are recovering from illness or staying indoors for extended periods of time.

Can I give my child extra Iron alongside this?

Yes, you can.

Is this suitable for my daughter who has just started her period?
