1. What’s one wisdom you’ve gained in this chapter of your life that you’re grateful for?
That my body isn’t winding down - it’s recalibrating. Perimenopause isn’t about loss, it’s about clarity: my health choices now will define the next three decades of my life more than any 'hack' I chased in my twenties or thirties. That has been liberating for me.
2. In what ways do you think you’re stronger and/or wiser now than before perimenopause, and why?
I’m stronger in my discernment. Before, I’d override my needs for the sake of peace, productivity, or people-pleasing. Now, I know that my energy is my most valuable currency. I’m wiser as I’ve learned to protect it and channel it in more measured ways.

3. If you could tell future generations one thing about perimenopause, what would it be?
It’s not an ending, it’s an upgrade! It’s not a decline — your system is rebooting. Now is a powerful time to reset how you eat, move, sleep, and handle stress. If you use this time well, you can enter your fifties and beyond more resilient and liberated than ever.
4. What three words would you use to describe womanhood?
Resilient. Expansive. Embodied.
5. What’s the most important life lesson you’ve learned and why?
For too long, I focused on keeping others comfortable, managing their feelings, and doing their work, almost at the expense of myself. Perimenopause cracked that open. Wisdom is learning to use my energy where it matters. That’s where real power lives.
