Smooth Berry Muesli
Berries are fruits with a low glycemic load, meaning they stimulate only a slight rise in blood sugar levels once digested and absorbed. They are also antioxidant rich and packed with vitamin C which has many well known health benefits, such as immune support and detoxification. This recipe uses sheep's yoghurt, which has double the protein and is more nutrient dense compared to cows. However, natural yoghurt would work just as well.
