A great way to set you up for the day with these delicious vegan protein pancakes.
- Mash the banana into a bowl and mix in the rest of the wet ingredients.
- Weigh out the dry ingredients together and combine with the wet.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and pour in a pancake size of mixture at a time!
- Flip once browned on one side.

- 190ml plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 20g coconut oil
- 180g oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
