Ingredients: Lithothamnium Calcareum (Red algae) powder (providing Calcium), Purified Seawater (providing Magnesium), Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Iron, Selenium, Folic acid [as naturally occurring Folate], Boron, Niacinamide, CoEnzyme Q10, Inositol, Choline, Manganese, Riboflavin, GTF Chromium, Biotin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Molybdenum, Thiamin, Iodine, Vitamin K1 and Vitamin D3), Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell), Nutrient-enhanced Lactobacillus Bulgaricus (providing Zinc, Pantothenic acid and Copper), Nutrient-enhanced Citrus pulp (providing Vitamin C and Bioflavonoids), Carrot concentrate (providing Beta-carotene), Nutrient-enhanced Yellow pea (Pisum Sativum) preparation (providing Vitamin E), Alpha Lipoic acid and Heat-treated brown rice powder.

Cautionary advice: If you are taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before taking any food supplement. This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. We advise taking your supplements a minimum of 2 hours after taking any medication. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not take if seal is broken.

Does your Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Multi Multi contain the required 400ug of Folic Acid?
Yes it does. In fact, it contains the more biologically active form of Folic Acid - Folate, derived from our Food-Grown process. Folate is easier to absorb and use because it is already activated, this is especially important for some women who are not able to activate standard Folic Acid genetically.
Do I use your Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Support for each trimester?
Yes. Our Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Multi is expertly formulated to support every stage of your pregnancy including breastfeeding. You and your baby will go through some key development shifts right up to, and post, birth. This supplement will help ensure intake of the nutrients you need for this journey.
I am looking for a methylated Folate – is this formula suitable for me?
Yes, it is. Our formula provides a form of methylated folate derived from our Food-Grown® process. This means it is suitable for those women who may not be able to convert Folic Acid due to genetic variations in Folate metabolism.
Can I safely take other nutrients alongside your Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Support?
You can safely use our Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Support alongside the following products: Food-Grown Vitamin C, Food-Grown Immune Support, Food-Grown Vitamin B6, Food-Grown Iron Plus, Pure Strength Omega 3, Multi Strain Biotic and Food-Grown Vitamin D or Vegan Vitamin D. I am due to give birth – do I need to stop taking your Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Support?
Our formula was developed to support you and your baby throughout pregnancy and into breastfeeding, so there’s no need to stop taking it once you’ve given birth. In fact the ‘fourth trimester’ is often the most demanding, so your body will need even more support to heal from delivery, as well as face hormone shifts, low energy levels and lack of sleep.
How long should I take your Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Support for after giving birth?
We recommend you continue taking Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Multi for your 'fourth trimester', i.e. the months following birth and to continue till your baby is 12 months old. But you can use this for longer if you wish, especially if you are still feeling tired. We would recommend speaking to our nutrition team who can advise on how long you should continue. What if you are breastfeeding? We recommend you keep using the multi, for the duration of breastfeeding. If you are also using the Breastfeeding Support product, then speak to our nutrition team about how long to keep using that product and if you need to combine it with the multi.
Can I safely take your Food-Grown® Pregnancy + New Mother Support alongside your Food-Grown Breast-Feeding Complex?
Yes, you can start taking Food-Grown® Breastfeeding Support as soon as you have given birth. These products were specifically formulated to be taken in combination, working together to support you and your baby throughout your pregnancy and breastfeeding journey.
