Ingredients: Nutrient-enhanced Citrus pulp (providing Vitamin C and Bioflavonoids) and Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell).

How to take

Daily Intake: 2 capsules per day, morning or night.
When to take: Can be taken with or without food.

Can I take this if I am pregnant?

Yes. This product can also be safely taken alongside our Food-Grown Pregnancy to increase energy levels, manage stress and support immunity.

Can I take this whilst breast-feeding?

Yes, you can. This is a great nutrient for supporting energy, immunity, healthy skin and healing after delivery.

Can my children take this?

Yes. Children will benefit from extra immune support during winter, as well as all year round for those who are particularly picky eaters. This product can also be used alongside our Daily Multi Nutrient for Children. If you would like any further advice on the correct dosage for your child, please contact our Nutritional Team.

Will this upset my digestion?

No, unlike many other Vitamin C products on the market, we use a non-acidic form that is gentle on the digestive system.
