Ingredients: Ashwaganda Extract KSM66, Nutrient-enhanced Lactobaccillus Bulgaricus (providing Magnesium), Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell). May contain heat-treated Brown Rice powder.

Cautionary advice: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before taking any food supplement. We advise taking your supplements a minimum of 2 hours after taking any medication. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not take if seal broken.

Free from added: Artificial colours, sugars, flavourings & preservatives. Contains no live yeast at time of manufacture. Kosher and suitable for Vegetarians.

How to take

Daily Intake: 2 capsules per day, morning or night.
When to take: Can be taken with or without food.
Important: Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Can I take this alongside other products in your range containing ashwagandha?

Absolutely, it’s completely safe to take this alongside our other products containing ashwagandha.

Can I take this with your Botanical Menopause Complex?

Yes, we particularly recommend taking these products together if you are particularly active or have a demanding lifestyle.

Can I take this if I am trying to conceive naturally?

Yes, you can. Ashwagandha is a great herb for helping you relax and maintain a positive outlook as well as supporting normal fertility and reproduction. If you are undergoing assisted fertility (such as IVF), please contact our Nutritional Team to discuss whether this product is right for you. Not recommended whilst pregnant.

Can I take this if I am pregnant?

No, we do not recommend this product during pregnancy, however you can take it as soon as you have given birth as well as whilst breastfeeding.
