A note from our Founder & Formulator
Why take Wild Nutrition Food-Grown Selenium Plus
This formula contains 200ug of Selenium – the maximum safe dose to take in one day, and we therefore do not recommend combining this with other products containing Selenium unless it is for short-term use only (up to 1 month). If you are being supervised by a nutritional practitioner or doctor who has recommended you take extra Selenium please consult them on the most suitable dose for you.
Selenium is statistically low in diets worldwide due to the poor nutrient density of soil as a result of modern farming methods, and most people will therefore benefit from topping up their levels from time to time.
