How to take our Food-Grown Wild Traveller
Take 2 capsules in the morning the day before you travel. Take a further 2 capsules on the day you travel, then 4 capsules on arrival at your destination. If you wish to sleep when you arrive at your destination, delay the arrival dose by taking it the following morning instead. If you wish to stay awake, then take the arrival dose as normal. For extra long haul (more than 6-8 hours of flight time), we recommend you double all of the doses for intensified support. Repeat this on your return journey. Children under 12 may take a half dose.
