What is the change in formulation from Endo Support?
We pay attention to research and clinical needs. We have increased the amount of magnesium in this product to support muscle function, psychological function as well as reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Why do you use Indole-3-Carbinol?
Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) is a natural compound found in cruciferous vegetables. These compounds have been clinically proven by published research to benefit oestrogen metabolism, and are therefore key for supporting Endometriosis. Some formulas use a similar compound known as DIM, however we have specifically chosen to include I3C as research has shown that DIM may not be as effective, and may negatively affect some women with specific genetic imbalances in metabolism.

Can I take this whilst on the contraceptive pill?
We do not recommend this whilst on the contraceptive pill, injection or patch.

Can I take this if I have a Mirena or Kyleena coil?
Yes, you can.

Can I take this if I have a copper coil?

Yes, you can.

Can I take this if I don’t have Endometriosis?
Yes, you can. All of the ingredients in this complex have been specifically formulated to support the nutritional needs.

Can I take this after surgery?
Yes, the nutrients and botanicals in this formula are incredibly supportive for recovery and healing after surgery, and we also recommend continuing to take this for longer-term support. If you have been prescribed any medication following surgery, please speak to our Nutritional Team for advice before taking this product.

We do not recommend this product during pregnancy.

Ingredients: Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Cysteine, Iron, Inositol, Choline and Vitamin B6), Heat-treated Brown Rice powder, Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell), Nutrient-enhanced Yellow Pea (Pisum sativum) preparation (providing Vitamin E), Purified Seawater (providing Magnesium), Indole-3-carbinol, Nutrient-enhanced Lactobacillus Bulgaricus (providing Zinc), Betaine Hydrochloride, Milk Thistle powder and Fermented Vegan L-Methionine.
