The addition of NAC, methionine and cordyceps supports the body's natural balance of hormones and adaption to stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does your Fertility multi contain the required 400ug of folic acid?

Absolutely – yes it does. In fact, it contains the more biologically active form of folic acid - natural folate. Folate is easier your body to use as it does not require a conversion, which is especially important as some women lack (genetically) the capacity to convert folic acid to active folate. We also only use a food form of folate – not a synthetic.

I am now pregnant - do I continue to use your Food-Grown Fertility?

It is safe to be newly pregnant, and use our Food-Grown Fertility, since many women will not immediately know they are pregnant. But you will now need to switch over to using our Food-Grown Pregnancy multi for the duration of your pregnancy. The Food-Grown Fertility is specific to conception and does not contain nutrients at the key levels required in pregnancy.

Do I need to take extra vitamin D with your Fertility multi?

Between October & March, everyone in the UK is required to supplement vitamin D. And during the spring and summer months if you are risk category – which includes women who are pregnant. Therefore, if you are looking to conceive, we recommend supplementing extra vitamin D (more than in contained in our Food-Grown Fertility). We recommend using our Food-Grown Vitamin D/Vegan Vitamin D. Vitamin D plays a significant role in healthy conception. Our Nutrition Technical team can safely assist you if you are unsure how much more vitamin D to take alongside our multis.

Is your Food-Grown Fertility suitable for use during assisted fertility (IUI, IVF, embryo transfer)?

Absolutely - yes you can.

I am breast feeding my current baby but looking to conceive again. Is it safe to use your Food-Grown Fertility?

Absolutely - yes you can. But as you are still breast feeding, your nutrient requirements will be ‘intensified’ so we recommend you contact our Nutrition Technical Team to discuss which accompanying products may be helpful for you to nourish your current baby and prepare for a new baby.
