This returns policy applies to products bought direct from our website. If you have purchased products from a shop or other online retailer then please get in touch with them for their own returns and refund procedures.*
If your order has arrived damaged or incomplete we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Most return/refund enquiries can be quickly resolved by contacting us direct by phone or email- please let us know as soon as you can of any issues with your product or our service- however small.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund for any unwanted items.
Unused Product Returns
You can return an unused item within 21 days of the date you received it. Contact us by phone or email to let us know to expect your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the lid seal intact and the packaging must be in good condition.
Once we receive your item we will check it and let you know that we have received it. Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.
Refunds will be for the amount paid by you, including postage, for the returned item(s).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns.
