Vitamin C Super Juice

1/2 red pepper (discard the seeds)
1 handful of leafy greens (chard, kale)
2 oranges (1 peeled and one whole)
A handful of fresh strawberries

A deliciously zingy, morning time juice brimming with Vitamin C to support repair, bone health and the immune system.


Roughly chop all the ingredients into manageable sized pieces that can easily be fed into your juicer, and juice! Add a squeeze of lime if you fancy a zesty kick.

If at all possible use a masticating juicer as they retain more nutrients because fruits and vegetables aren’t shredded with blades, which exposes the produce to air and speeds up oxidation.
