Green Smoothie

Protein Powder such as hemp or rice
½ an avocado
1 teaspoon coconut butter
2 tablespoons blueberries, blackberries or raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Handful of leafy greens of your choice
Fresh ground cinnamon or vanilla powder to taste. If you need it to be a little sweeter, add 1 desert spoon of agave syrup or manuka honey
Almond milk to cover


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend. Drink for a great start to the day or as a snack.
