Ingredients

1 large cucumber
Fistful of kale (or other green leafy veg)
1-2 broccoli stems
1 pear
1 inch of ginger
Splash of lime

This is a light and refreshing smoothie. The ginger will help to reduce inflammation in the body, the pear provides sweetness and packs the fibre to aid digestion. Dark green leafy vegetables such as kale and broccoli, are some of the most nutrient dense foods. This blend delivers a big hit of vitamin K, C and A, as well as minerals folate and calcium.

Method:

Simply combine all of the ingredients into a blender and then pour into a glass.
