Gluten-free Open Sandwich with Hummus

2–3 slices gluten-free bread per person
1 tbsp. of organic or homemade hummus per slice of bread
Handful of alfalfa or broccoli sprouted seeds


Spread the hummus thickly on the bread and sprinkle with the sprouted seeds. This is a simple, fast and delicious lunch that is very portable for work or eating on the go.
