Carrot Zinger

Ingredients

3 carrots, tops and bottoms removed
1 orange
1 apple
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cm of fresh ginger (or more or less depending on how much of a kick you want to give it)

The zing of the orange will boost energy and provide the antioxidant vitamin C. Carrots are excellent sources of minerals and encourage liver cleansing. Ginger will boost nutrient delivery in the blood. Sesame is rich in iron, crucial for energy. The combination will give your immune system a nutrient boost.

Instructions

Juice the carrots, apple, ginger and orange in a juicer. Stir in the sesame seeds and drink.
