Beetroot, Raspberry Red Smoothie

Ingredients

Half a pink lady apple (eat the other half)
Spinach - a good handful
Raspberries - Half a punnet
Beetroot (small)

Optional Extras:
Super blend - green powders
Chia seeds
Coconut manna

This smoothie is a great blend for a pre-workout, busy, active kind of day. It's packed with antioxidants and detoxification support. Add some extras such as coconut manna (delicious puréed coconut butter) for extra flavour.

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
