Apple Spice

Ingredients

3 apples, cored and quartered
A squeeze of lemon juice
3 sticks of celery

15 pitted cherries (Optional extra)

Pectin, found in apples, is a great detoxer and remains in the juice after juicing. This also helps to balance blood sugar levels. Celery is a potent cleanser and key for the cleansing process and lemon helps to neutralise acidity.

Instructions

Juice the apples and celery (and optional cherries), transfer to a blender, add the lemon juice and blend. Strain through a sieve. Serve warm or cold.
